As has been decided at the Annual General Assembly in Bergen on August 25, 2006, this "Links" page will provide you with easy links to scientific societies and institutions that have a (be it remote) connection to hyperbaric and diving medicine and/or physiology, or deal with pressure-related, environmental, human performance, or other interesting topics.

This page is dynamic, meaning that there is no real limit to what can be placed here - except for "commercial" links, which can be placed under the "corporate members" section.

The links on this page are

  1. loosely alphabetically ordered, no quality- or personal preference is expressed by the order in which they are listed
  2. incomplete, so any omission is by definition temporary (please help us to make this list as complete as possible !)
  3. not checked on a daily basis (so if you find a link that does not seem to work, please let us know)

We will not place links to HBO centres on this page, instead, we refer to the excellent HBO-center listing provided by the ECHM on the OXYNET website.
Although we try to cover the whole globe as complete as possible, preference will be given to sites that are of possible interest to EUBS members (mainly Europeans). This means that the link to a small local HBO research institute in a remote village in the Peruvean Andes (no offence meant) will only be included if the information on that site is truly innovative and interesting; lest this page will rapidly become cluttered and unexploitable. Of course, our opinion on this matter may change in the (near) future...
